From packaging to storage this mouthguard was designed to improve every aspect of the process for the user. The packaging keeps the product sterile while improving distribution and retail efficiency because of its small footprint. When customizing the mouthguard to the mouth the carrying case is submerged in boiling water and the lip on the carrying case protects the user from getting burned. When not in use the carrying case protects and keeps the mouthguard clean. We collaborated with an NFL team dentist to create a guard with a customized fit similar to the pros which also prevents jaw-related concussions, TMJ dislocation and dental trauma.
