Boulevard Row is a 12-unit row house project designed as a modern refection of it's traditional context. The scale for the overall project was established through a massing pattern that follows the rhythm of the adjacent neighborhood. Unit modules vary is setback to allow for greater penetration of light and distinction of units. Throughout the project, we took great care to infuse the homes with quality materials and fine details, utilizing contemporary design to reinforce traditional craftsmanship.
