JON TAYLOR is a Principal of KEM STUDIO. Jon has pursued diverse activities in the design community as an educator, philanthropist and designer – including his role as current board president for the local performance group Quixotic. He reads voraciously and has an intellectual curiosity that fuels all of his work. As Jon says, what we do when we are not working flavors the work of the studio and grounds our approach to practice. Following his past experience at larger architecture firms, Jon revels in the organic nature of the KEM STUDIO structure, where the partners are creatively in sync, project diversity reinforces collaborative diversity, and the research process is integral to their ultimate goal – design that improves people’s lives.
Prior to establishing KEM STUDIO, Jon was with Gastinger Walker Harden Architects.
